Super-Resolution

Dr. Petra Gomez, University of La Rochelle

This lecture will introduce and explain the principles and main steps of super-resolution techniques. Super-resolution is the process of combining a sequence of low-resolution images in order to produce a higher resolution image or sequence, the so-called super-resolution image or sequence. Super-resolution techniques are adopted in several application domains, for instance video still construction, video format conversion, or synthetic zoom.

The lectures are currently scheduled for July 25th.
